You don’t have to do hours of cardio. Even a 20-30 minute walk can make a difference over time.

ย I use cardio to create a small calorie deficit instead of cutting too much food. It feels more sustainable.

Consistency matters more than intensity. Regular cardio has worked better for me than doing long sessions once in a while.
