Lunch Break Destruction

So today I decided to try HIIT during my lunch break15 minutes of tabata-style insanity right in the gym corner. I did sprints, push-upsand jump squats back to back. By the end I was drenched, chest heaving, legs trembling and I think some coworkers were judging my sweaty chaos. But walking back to work feeling like a mini-warrior? That’s the stuff. It’s short, intense and leaves you feeling like you’ve actually accomplished something before your afternoon coffee. Lunch break never felt this good.💪🏻💪🏻
