Leg Day with a Twist

I decided to mix HIIT with my leg day yesterday. Squats, lunges nd explosive jumps in intervals had my quads screaming halfway through. Usually I dread cardio on leg day because I feel weak but the HIIT twist actually made my legs stronger and my endurance insane. By the last set I could barely lift my legs but I pushed through. Walking out of the gym I realized my legs felt lighter and even a jog afterward felt almost easy. HIIT on leg day? Brutal but next-level results👍🏻
