I used to hate moving fast. I’d get winded just climbing stairs. Then I gave HIIT a shot starting with 15-second bursts of high knees. It felt impossible at first then week by week I pushed a little further fast forward three months and I’m hitting 45 second sprints with 15 second rests and my body actually craves it. The best part? It’s not just physical my mental toughness has skyrocketed. I know now that every short brutal session chips away at laziness and builds some kind of raw grit.
