Hey everyone, I just started going to the gym 3 weeks ago 💪
I’m confused about which workout split to follow. Some people say Push/Pull/Legs (PPL) is best, others say Bro Split, and some say Full Body is enough.
My goal: build muscle + look toned
I can go to gym 4–5 days/week
What should I follow?

I kinda disagree. I started with PPL (Push/Pull/Legs) early on and it worked great. More gym days = more gains, right?
Not exactly. More gym days ≠ more gains if recovery is poor. Beginners usually don’t recover well from high volume.
