Dips have completely changed my upper body days lately I focus heavily on leaning forward to maximize chest recruitment and the deep stretch at the bottom has built up my baseline pressing strength significantly

Nothing builds true upper back width like dead-stop pull-ups I stopped using momentum entirely and forcing my body to pull from a dead hang has forced my lats to grow more in three months than machines ever did

Swapping out barbell rows for seated cable rows was the smartest move for my longevity The constant tension throughout the entire range of motion allows me to focus on the squeeze without my lower back giving out first

If your shoulders aren’t growing try high-rep lateral raises with a slight forward lean I started focusing on pushing the dumbbells outward toward the walls rather than just lifting them up and the side delt pump is insane

Incline bicep curls are non-negotiable if you want a massive peak. Because your elbows sit behind your torso the stretch on the long head of the bicep at the bottom of the movement creates a totally different stimulus

I’ve been super setting dips with weighted pull-ups as an antagonist pairing Pushing directly after pulling keeps the shoulder joints feeling lubricated and cuts my overall gym time in half while keeping the intensity sky-high

The control you get on cable rows makes them vastly superior for mind-muscle connection l hold the contraction for a full second against my sternum before letting the weight stretch my upper back out on the negative
