I always thought cardio was boring until I got into HIIT Yesterday I smashed a 20 mins circuit with jump squats, kettlebell swings and mountain climbers 5 mins in I was already drenched in sweat like I jumped into a pool. My muscles burned my chest heaved but I couldnโt stop smiling. The crazy part is the energy afterward you feel light, sharp and like your body owes you nothing. HIIT is basically a happiness booster that beats your body down first. Now every time I think about skipping cardio i remember that insane post-HIIT high.
