Hate stairs? Me too but I tried the stair climber for 20 minutes straight. Max resistance non-stop movement. My quads were screaming lungs on fire heart pounding like a jackhammer. The first few minutes I thought Iโd die but by the end I felt invincible. Cardio is brutal here but every session makes your heart stronger your stamina insane and leaves you dripping in sweat like a trophy. Stair climbers are pure raw cardio for the brave.
