Hello Everyone beginning my new journey here🙌🏻 sharingy new experience 🙌🏻
I finally tackled incline treadmill intervals 3 minutes fast 2 minutes slow repeat for 30 minutes. Man my lungs were screaming snd my heart felt like it might explode. Every incline made me hate life but every interval built me up. By the end of it I was dripping in sweat chest heaving legs jelly walking out I felt like a warrior. Cardio doesnβt have to be boring you can punish yourself and feel like a beast afterward. Treadmill intervals are next-level torture and reward. Give a try man 🙌🏻
