Adding a little more weight or one extra rep over time can lead to steady strength gains.

Iโ€™ve made my best progress by adding just one rep before increasing the weight. It feels much more manageable.

Small improvements every week may not seem exciting, but they really build strength over time.

ย I stopped chasing big jumps, and my lifts became much more consistent.

Even adding 2.5 kg to a lift after a few weeks feels like real progress to me.

Staying patient with small increases has helped me avoid injuries and keep training regularly.

I focus on doing each rep with better control before thinking about adding more weight.

Looking back at my training log reminds me that small gains eventually turn into big results.

Some workouts only improve by one rep, but that’s still a step forward and worth celebrating

Strength comes from repeating the basics well, not trying to lift the heaviest weight every session
