Fuel up with 1 cup of oats cooked in water or almond milk then stir in 2 scoops of whey protein 1 sliced banana and 2 tbsp of peanut butter This combination delivers complex carbohydrates and fast-acting protein to break your overnight fast and sustain your energy

This is a classic bulking staple It’s cheap simple and packs a massive caloric punch to start the day I’ve been eating a similar setup for months and it really helps hit my weight gain goals

Solid recipe but a quick tip let the oats cool down for a minute before stirring in your whey If you mix it while the water is boiling hot the protein clumps up and ruins the texture

This looks awesome for hard gainers who struggle to eat enough Personally I swap the almond milk for whole milk since we are bulking anyway It adds easy calories and makes it taste way creamier

Does anyone else find that peanut butter sits too heavy before training If I eat this at 8 AM I have to wait until 10:30 AM to lift heavy otherwise the fats leave me feeling bloated

I love this setup but I turn it into a breakfast shake instead On busy mornings I just blend the raw oats, whey banana and peanut butter with water Saves time and is easy to drink on the go

The calorie count on this must be close to 800 calories which is perfect for an off-season cycle If you get bored of the taste swap the banana for frozen berries or add some cinnamon

Looks great and I want to try prepping it tomorrow Are you using regular rolled oats or quick instant oats for this I want to make sure I buy the version that mixes the best
