Training Adjustments During PCT

During my last PCT I lowered training intensity by 20% and added more recovery days. Heavy lifting felt taxing at first. Switching to 3-4 moderate sessions per week instead of 6 high-intensity workouts kept me consistent and minimized joint pain PCT isn’t the time to push PRs.
