Vitamin D, zinc, magnesium nd omega-3s were surprisingly effective. They didn’t replace PCT but energy and mood were more stable. I also added a high-quality multivitamin to cover gaps from dietary lapses. Simple basics make a real difference when your hormones are low brotherΒ
