Post-Cycle Libido Recovery My Timeline

Week 1: almost zero libido.

Week 2: small spikes more mood stability.

Week 3: libido starting to normalize.

Week 4: feeling almost pre-cycle again.

I tracked everything and realized patience is key. Some people bounce back faster some slower. Don’t panic if week 2 feels hopeless it’s normal.

During PCT I struggled with deep sleep. Adding magnesium before bed blackout curtains and no screens for 30 mins improved sleep quality drastically.

Better sleep = faster hormone recovery.

Don’t underestimate it

it’s literally free performance enhancement.👍🏻🙌🏻
