Week 1: almost zero libido.

I tracked everything and realized patience is key. Some people bounce back faster some slower. Donβt panic if week 2 feels hopeless itβs normal.

During PCT I struggled with deep sleep. Adding magnesium before bed blackout curtains and no screens for 30 mins improved sleep quality drastically.
Better sleep = faster hormone recovery.
Donβt underestimate it
