Recovery isn’t just PCT it’s a 3-month mindset. After my cycle I slowly returned to high-intensity training monitored stress maintained proper diet and scheduled regular bloodwork. My energy libido and gains stayed stable because I treated recovery as a lifestyle not just a 4-week program.

Mood swings irritability and self-doubt hit me hardest around week 2 I realized talking to fellow lifters helped normalize the experience. Journaling workouts feelings and diet helped me regain control. Emotional health is a pillar of full recovery jjust like PCT drugs.
