Hey guys, I’m starting a cut after my first bulk. I want to lose fat but keep as much muscle as possible.
Should I switch my workout program? I’ve been doing a bro split, but I keep seeing people recommend PPL or full body for cutting. What’s actually better?

First rule: fat loss = calorie deficit. Your split is secondary.
But yeah, for cutting, higher frequency programs like PPL or full body usually help maintain muscle better.

Agreed, calorie deficit is the main driver for fat loss. But don’t you think training style still plays a role in how well you look after the cut? I’ve seen people lose weight but end up looking flat due to poor training structure.
