Best Bulking Program for Strength

Hey guys

I’ve been lifting for about 3 months now. I want to start a proper bulking program to gain size and strength. I’m confused between full body workouts and bro splits. What worked best for you?

If you’re only 3 months in, don’t overcomplicate it. Go with a full-body routine 3x a week. Focus on compound lifts like squat, bench, deadlift. Eat in a calorie surplus and track protein.

Bro splits are overrated for beginners.

Disagree a bit here. I started with a bro split and still gained decent size. It depends on consistency. But yeah, full body might give faster strength gains early on.
