Which is actually better for natural lifters?
Bro split is the best I love destroying one muscle group until itβs totally numb, then letting it rest a whole week
Science shows natural muscles only grow for 2 days after a workout. If you wait a whole week, you miss out on easy gains!
High frequency wins for me If I miss a workout on a bro split, I have to wait 2 weeks to hit that muscle again.
High frequency sounds good but it kills my joints. Natural lifters need more time for tendons and ligaments to heal.
Both work if you just lift heavier over time. I do a 4-day upper/lower split to get the best of both worlds
I gained zero weight doing bro splits for a year. Switched to hitting everything twice a week and finally packed on real muscle.
