Hills used to be my nemesis but I started trail running and it changed everything. Climbing those slopes made me want to quit every few steps later gradually igot stronger. My stamina skyrocketed, my mental toughness grew and the views on the trails? Woow Priceless. Trail running taught me patience consistencyΒ that real endurance comes from pushing past discomfort because of which now my every session leaves me sore sweaty ridiculously satisfied💪🏻
