I do 20 minutes of treadmill after workouts Is that enough for conditioning?

Yes that’s a good start You don’t need hours of cardio Focus on improving stamina slowly over time

HIIT workouts helped me lose fat faster than regular cardio. Short but intense sessions work really well.
