Bro yesterday I went all-in on a 10-minute HIIT session & i swear it was like stepping into a furnace. I started with sprints dropped into burpees s lammed out push-ups & kept cycling through. By the third round my lungs were begging for mercy d my legs felt like concrete. The weird thing? Even though I was dying mid-set the adrenaline kept me going. When it was finally over my shirt was soaked but the rush hit me like a wave. I felt invincible &totally alive. Iโm convinced those 10 brutal minutes are more effective than an hour of chill cardio.
