Increase your total work volume over time. If you did 3 sets of 8 reps last week aim for 3 sets of 9 reps this week Alternatively add a fourth set to the exercise

Progressive overload at its finest Adding just one single rep or an extra set week after week is exactly how true muscle hypertrophy is unlocked

This is the best reminder to stop lifting the exact same weights for the exact same reps forever Tracking your volume is the only way to avoid hitting a plateau

You don’t need a complicated workout program you just need to beat your past self by one rep or one set today

That fourth set hits completely different when you are already fatigued Forcing that extra volume is what separates the average lifters from the beasts

many guys change their exercises every week instead of just doing more total work on the basic foundational lifts Stick to the plan and progress
