Rowing quickly became my favorite endurance exercise. At first i couldn’t go past 15 minutes without gasping like a fish out of water. Now i can knock out 45 minutes straight and my arms my back and mylegs feel worked in a balanced way. There’s a rhythm to rowing that’s almost meditative u push you glide repeat. After each session I feel exhausted but strangely calm like my brain hit the reset button. Endurance training doesn’t just build your body it builds mental resilience🏋️♂️
