P5P for lowering prolactin? (Activated version of Vitamin b6) : r/Prolactinoma

I have had elevated prolactin for sometime and have tried chasteberry extracy to lower it but no luck.

So I’ve been reading people use up to 200mg of P5P to lower or regulate their prolactin levels.

I just purchased this supplement which says 50mg of p5p per dose, however at the back it says 33mg of b6?

I’ve been taking 4 of these pills a day, 2 in morning and 2 at night. But I’m confused isn’t p5p the pure activated form of b6? So why does 50mg convert to only 33mg? Am I taking enough of these pills or too many?
