I tweaked my shoulder deadlifting started BPC nd two weeks later I’m hitting it again. No kidding, less swelling, less pain.

Dieting clean helps it work faster. Don’t expect instant gains but your joints will thank you big time.

BPC-157 came into play after I tore my shoulder tendon slightly deadlifting. Surgery was not on the table and I wanted something that actually helps healing not just masks pain I started at 250mcg subQ near the affected shoulder  first day I didn’t feel anything but I kept it consistent every morning by day five inflammation felt calmer and the annoying stiffness after bench sessions wasn’t as brutal. Diet was strict tons of lean protein anti-inflammatory foods like blueberries turmeric and salmon. Week two later I could do light shoulder presses pain-free which blew my mind and  four week later full range of motion without soreness. People at my gym were shocked I was benching without a hitch shots are tiny so it’s not intimidating at all and the best part is not feeling like I’m risking further injury. Definitely a lifesaver if you’re nursing joints but still wanna train great one🏋🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️🙌🏻🙌🏻👍🏻👍🏻
