I started GHRP-6 during a serious bulking phase I struggle to eat enough calories naturally so this seemed perfect. 100mcg 2-3 times daily before meals to boost appetite. The 1st week i was skeptical it worked too well. I went from struggling to hit 3k calories to easily getting 4-5k. Muscle gains started showing after week 3 especially in arms annd chest. Diet was meticulously spaced protein every 3 hours, oats, rice, lean meats yoo. Sleep quality also improved which meant recovery was better. By week 6 strength was up and I noticed fuller pumps. Water retention was minimal which was great. I ran it for 10 weeks paired with a heavy lift routine and honestly it made eating and growing so much easier.
