Slowly increasing weight or reps over time helps muscles grow stronger and bigger. Consistency is key for long-term results.

I focus on adding 1-2 reps each week before increasing the weight. Small improvements add up over time.

Progressive overload doesn’t have to mean lifting much heavier; even an extra rep can be progress

Keeping a workout log helps track strength gains and makes it easier to stay consistent.

Trying to increase weight too quickly can hurt form, so I prefer slow and steady progress.

Consistency with training and nutrition is what makes progressive overload actually work.

When a weight starts feeling easier, that’s usually a good sign it’s time to challenge yourself a bit more.
