ย I don’t increase the weight every week. Even one extra rep is progress if my form stays good.

Small improvements over time have worked better for me than trying to lift much heavier too soon.

ย I only add weight when I can finish all my reps with good technique. It helps avoid injuries.

Progressive overload doesn’t have to mean bigger weights. Better form and extra reps also count.
