Neurological Burnout vs Muscular Fatigue

Muscular fatigue is local soreness fixed by food but CNS burnout is neural exhaustion that kills your strength without making you sore To fix it stop hitting failure every set and deload regularly so your brain doesn’t cut power to your muscles

Constant failure isn’t hardcore it’s just stalling your progress Drop the ego cap your sets and watch your strength explode next week

Your muscles can’t grow if your brain is throttling power to protect your joints Deloading isn’t quitting it’s reloading the weapon

You can force-feed a sore muscle but you can’t force-feed a fried nervous system Stop fighting your brain and start growing

Β you are just neurologically exhausted Give your CNS a rest and watch your limits shatter

intensity requires a fresh nervous system to recruit maximum muscle fibers If you are always fried, you are shrinking
