Lockouts are just resting periods in disguise the real muscle building happens when the tissue is fully elongated at the bottom

stopping short of that deep stretch is like leaving the gym when the workout is only half finished

People cut their squats high because the bottom position exposes weak points that heavy weight usually hides

Half-reps on cable curls just pump up your ego while leaving the most productive part of the movement untouched

True, if you do not feel that deep burn at the absolute stretch point you are just moving air instead of growing tissue

Skipping the deep stretch means you are only training the easiest angles of the movement

Β the bottom half is where the tension forces the most actual micro-tears for growth

Partial reps just let people load up plates to impress whoever is standing near the rack

Β For sure drop the weight by thirty percent and actually stretch the muscle if you want real changes
