I’ve been trying to bulk for the last 2 months but I’m only gaining a little weight. I train 5 days a week and eat more than before. Any advice for gaining more muscle size and strength?

First thing to check is calories. A lot of people think they’re eating enough, but they really aren’t. Try tracking your meals for a week

Exactly Bulking is simple in theory calorie surplus, progressive overload, and recovery Most beginners either under-eat or change programs too often

Also don’t dirty bulk too hard I made that mistake years ago and gained too much fat Clean bulking worked much better for me long term
