I’ve been training for about 2 months now. I’m not overweight, but I want a more lean and defined body. Not too bulky.
Currently doing random workouts from YouTube 😅
Can anyone suggest a proper program?
If you want that lean/defined look, just run a simple program and get strong on the basics:

Lift 3–4x/week (full body or upper/lower)

Compounds: squat, bench, deadlift, rows, OHP

Progressive overload every week (more reps or weight)
Keep activity up (steps/light cardio), hit your protein (~0.8–1g/lb), and don’t go crazy with calories—maintenance or slight deficit.
No need for fancy stuff. Get stronger, stay consistent, you’ll look way better in a few months.
