Your central nervous system monitors your hands very closely A weak grip sends an immediate panic signal to your brain which actively limits force production in your chest and back Fix your hands and your entire upper body unlocks

It’s crazy how much a weak grip holds you back Your back can handle the weight but your hands just give out

My trainer told me this last year If your grip is slipping your brain just won’t let you lift heavy

It’s a game changer for rows You don’t realize how much power you’re losing until you fix your hands

You can have a huge back but if you can’t hold the weight you can’t build the muscle
