People kill themselves in the gym but sleep five hours and wonder why they stay small Growth happens in bed not on the lifting platform

Weight training is just the blueprint but protein and deep sleep are the actual construction workers Skip the recovery and you get zero results

You don’t grow when you lift you grow when you rest A heavy surplus combined with solid slumber is the ultimate anabolic cocktail

I stopped growing until I forced myself to sleep eight hours and eat more steak Recovery is easily half the battle

This is the most overlooked part of bodybuilding If your kitchen and your sleep schedule are trash, your physique will stay completely stagnant

Trashing your muscles is the easy part Feeding them enough clean fuel and letting them fully repair overnight is where the real discipline shows

You cannot out-train a terrible sleep schedule or a calorie deficit if your goal is pure unadulterated mass Sleep big to get big
