Hey everyone,
I’ve been trying to lose weight for the past 2 months but not seeing much progress. I’m currently doing random workouts from YouTube.
Should I switch to a full body workout program for fat loss? Or is split training better?
Also how many days should I train? Feeling confused.

Welcome, bro.
If you’re still new, full body training 3–4x a week is honestly the best way to go. You’ll burn more calories per session and hit each muscle more frequently.
Splits are great, but mostly when you’re more advanced. Right now, consistency > complexity.
