Small, frequent meals can make weight gain easier than eating a few very large meals.

Eating every 3–4 hours has been much easier for me than trying to finish huge meals

I started adding one extra snack each day, and it helped me increase my calories without feeling stuffed.

Smaller meals keep my energy steady, and I don’t get that heavy feeling after eating.

I find it easier to drink a glass of milk with meals instead of forcing myself to eat more food.

Planning my meals ahead keeps me from missing chances to eat during busy days.

I add foods like peanut butter or nuts to small meals to get more calories without making the plate much bigger.

Trying to eat one giant meal never worked for me. Smaller portions throughout the day are much more manageable.

Eating slowly has helped me finish my meals without feeling uncomfortable.

I keep simple snacks with me so I can eat between meals instead of waiting until I’m very hungry
