One of the things I love about the Ninja Creami is making ice cream recipes that have protein! But protein powders and drinks are expensive and they have extra ingredients that many people may not enjoy.
Because of this, I like to make my high protein Ninja Creami recipes with simple ingredients like cottage cheese or Greek yogurt. They add extra protein without the use of powders or protein drinks.
(Note on the cottage cheese – Even if you’re not a fan of cottage cheese, you don’t even notice it in Ninja Creami recipes! It just adds extra protein and creaminess to the ice cream. Give it a try.)
