Even if you think you’ve had egg pizza before, you’ve probably never had it quite like this! The entire recipe is only 264 calories and the macros are awesome. 35 g protein, 30 grams carbs, and zero grams of fat! (calculate your macros for weight loss with my macro calculator here)

This egg white pizza recipe starts with the simple two ingredient pizza crust. Just self rising flour and plain greek yogurt. These two ingredients can make ANYTHING! I’ve seen bloggers make bagels, bread, pizza crust, soft pretzels, and of course, pizza crust.

Then, even without cooking the crust, you can pour the entire cup of egg white’s on top.

Lastly, add your fat free mozzarella cheese. If you haven’t found fat free cheese yet, the only place I can find it is Walmart! The Great Value brand of cheese has fat free cheddar and fat free mozarella.

Solid info. I find that higher carbs keep my muscles looking ‘fuller’ on a cut.
