I feel like me and a lot of people on average are in the 18-25% bf range and wondering how long we should allocate to get down to the 10-15% range.
I am an on and off gym goer who seems to be stuck in the same spot for years lol. Through my years of training probably have a total of 6-8 months of real progress under my belt. Im 25% bf and not necessarily skinny fat as i do have a base of muscle under the fat. I really just want to spend 3-4 months cutting then getting back into lean bulking.
Im currently doing push pull legs and train about 4-5 times a week.
