Been bulking for a while and size is well noticeable. However my face looks like a godamn doughnut.
Depends on what your end goal is. I started out with the goal of being as aesthetic as possible, but then realized that I have shitty genetics, and now just want to get as big as possible. My end goal is to look like Omar Isuf.
Cut to 12ish percent and just didnโt like how I looked. Now Iโm bulked up (have been bulking for 9 months) and feel the best Iโve ever felt. Yeah I have some extra fat that I could lose, but being able to eat with less restriction, coupled with fantastic strength gains, has been very good for me. Will continue bulking for another 3 months, then do a quick 8 week cut just to lean out a bit.
