Hello, i have decided to start my first cycle after 2+ years of lifting. The cycle will start 15th of may. I have been in and out of the gym since i was about 10 years old but didnβt start serious training where i actually wanted to build muscle about 2 years ago.
Stats:
Height – 185cm
Weight – 70kg (dry weight) (was 73kg at peak bulk) (My body makes it very difficult to gain fat and people think i am 75kg+ minimum and canβt believe im just 70kg) I also have a very good foundation even at 70kg. (Started at 55kg at like 180cm)
Bf – havenβt done a real test but would guess about 12-15%
My first cycle will be a 12 week cycle using 500mg test e a week injecting 250mg every Monday and Thursday. I also have an ai on hand and will be using clomid as pct
Cycle:
Week 1-12: 500mg test e
Week 14/15-17: 50mg clomid a day
Week 17-19: 25mg clomid a day
Will adjust pct if i notice any need for it.
