So, I wanted to share with you guys my first contest prep log for what I am doing to get ready. Any critique is welcome!
Let’s start with the part that really interests people. The drugs.
14 weeks out, I added 40mg epistane every day to my cruise (cruise was on the higher end, at 375 since I was cutting).
12 weeks out, tren is added, starting at 350mg/week and will be ramping up to 700mg/week.
At 8 weeks out, I give my liver a break from the epistane and recover from that. However, at 3 weeks out I’ll be running 60mg/day again until the day of the show.
3 weeks out will also be the beginning of mast prop, being ran at 100mg/day. Also change to test prop instead of enanthate.
The final week, I’ll be taking in 1mg/day adex. 7 days out, tren and test are removed.
note: Ephedrine and caffeine will be used as a stimulant the entirety of the time.
