HIIT vs LISS Cardio

The debate about HIIT vs. LISS cardio can get heated. Some scream about intervals while others shout about steady state.

As a result, it can be difficult to figure out what kind of cardio is best for you. But the last thing you want is to waste your time doing something that doesn’t get results.

My goal is to facilitate a rational conversation about cardio exercise. And help you figure out how to get better fat loss and fitness results without wasted effort.

I prefer hill sprints for conditioning; feels more ‘functional’ for leg power.
