Now I can cover crazy distances without feeling wiped out. There’s something addictive about gliding through the streets as the sun sets feeling the wind nd knowing your legs can take you anywhere. Endurance training on a bike isn’t just about physical it gives this insane sense of freedom nd accomplishment.&#x1f4aa;&#x1f3fb;&#x1f3cb;&#xfe0f;&#x200d;&#x2642;&#xfe0f;</p>]]></content:encoded>

The first few runs were pure torture my legs felt like lead and my lungs were gasping for air. But after a few weeks something changed. I could zone out hit my pace and actually enjoy the rhythm of running. Endurance isn’t just about fitness it’s about patience, mental strength and pushing past the point where your body tells you to quit. Now when I hit the road I feel unstoppable like I can go forever and it’s one of the few times I feel truly free.</p>]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I always thought cardio was boring until I got into HIIT Yesterday I smashed a 20 mins circuit with jump squats, kettlebell swings and mountain climbers 5 mins in I was already drenched in sweat like I jumped into a pool. My muscles burned my chest heaved but I couldn’t stop smiling. The crazy part is the energy afterward you feel light, sharp and like your body owes you nothing. HIIT is basically a happiness booster that beats your body down first. Now every time I think about skipping cardio i remember that insane post-HIIT high.</p>]]></content:encoded>

My quads were screaming lungs on fire heart pounding like a jackhammer. The first few minutes I thought I’d die but by the end I felt invincible. Cardio is brutal here but every session makes your heart stronger your stamina insane and leaves you dripping in sweat like a trophy. Stair climbers are pure raw cardio for the brave.</p>]]></content:encoded>
