So for the past year I have been having serious lower back pain. It is most prominent when sitting for a long period of time, particularly at my desk job. However I have noticed a serious reduction in back pain when I consistently doing deadlifts. Is this normal, or am I risking hurting my back more by doing more deadlifts?
